Here is a simple to follow diet that will help you recover from any disease. It is aimed at reducing the number of toxins taken into the body, thus inhibiting the growth of new disease and eliminating the cause of any present illness. This diet, along with a good chelation regime, will help reduce your risk of cancer and other life threatening diseases.

1. No red meat of any kind (beef, pork, veal, lamb, etc.). Try to also avoid chicken. If you chose to eat meat, restrict it to fish and turkey.

2. No preserved foods. That means nothing out of a can, jar, box, package, or so on. Eat only fresh (or frozen if no preservatives are added) fruits, vegetables, legumes, etc.

3. Bake, stir fry or steam your foods. Or eat them raw. No deep or pan frying. Also try juicing your fruits and vegetables.

4. No refined sugars of any kind. That means no white or brown sugars, no beet or cane sugars. Avoid artificial sweeteners too.  Use Stevia, which you can find at most health food stores; 1/16 tsp. or less will sweeten 1/2 gallon of herbal tea.

5. Avoid dairy wherever possible. No processed dairy food. (i.e., Velveta, Cheesewiz, etc.). Substitute Vitarich or Viatmite for milk. Do use butter instead of margarine however. Live yogurt cultures and cheese cultures are good for you also.

6. Drink only filtered, purified or distilled water. The jury is still out in the bottled mineral waters. Some have tested to be not as healthy as you would imagine. Avoid coffee and black teas. Do not drink Soda pop of any kind.

7. Eat as much soy as you can (soy milk, tofu, tempeh, etc.).

8. Add the following supplements to your diet:

fiber (psyllium seed husks) and/or pectin

CoQ10

Selenium

Kelp

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Multi-mineral
