Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new product of any damage and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Any return directly to Amazing Products MUST have previous return authorization by emailing service@amazingproducts.com. Any return without authorization will be denied. We will reimburse your return shipping as long as our quality control experts determine the problem to be a factory defect.
