For those riders who won't ride anything else but a rigid, these HARDBODY® Custom Rigid Chopper Style Frames are the perfect "Iron Horse."  Manufactured in the USA under strict quality control, these frames are constructed of 1.125" x /120 wall tubing that is TIG welded on all new hardened and ground tooling for the most accurate fit possible.  The backbone frame member has a .225" wall thickness for extra strength.  These Rigid Chopper Style Frames feature a 4" stretch in the front down tubes and a 1 1/2" stretch in the backbone for that long, lean clean machine look.  Available in 30°, 34°, and 38° rakes, the frames have a chopper style neck that is complete with upper and lower cups.  the lower cup has built-in fork stops.  The frame's front oil tank mount has been redesigned to allow for a rubber mount Softail style oil tank.  Designed for Big Twin Evolutions with up to .200" taller cylinders, Panhead or Shovelhead engines, flatside Fat Bob gas tanks and dash assembly.  Includes Manufacturer's Statement of Origin.
