In the first annual Chair for Wheels ride we will be raising
money to put Bruce Franklin on a trike designed for
handicapped riders. Bruce was put in a wheel chair at the
young age of 23 and has dreamed of being back on a bike ever
since. He has wanted to feel the wind hitting him in the face
and feel the sense of freedom we all feel when we ride. Bruce
is on a limited income and has no family to assist him in his
dream. Therefore we ask you, the motorcycle community, to help
us make his dream possible. Bruce is now 52 years old and was
not aware that the technology was out there until recently. By
making a pledge on his behalf you will help with this enormous
expense. There are several ways you can help. Donations can be
deposited in to the Chairs for Wheels account at any Regions
Bank location. Donations can be mailed to P O Box 240611 –
Montgomery, AL 36124-0611. Make checks payable to Chairs for
Wheels. You can also go to the web site listed below to donate
by way of PayPal.

POS annual cross
country run for suicide awareness
Startdate: depends on how fast you can ride
city: Fort Collins to Pavo
State: CO to GA
Contact: Wanda Bbrooks
Phone: 970-221-1762
This is a new event I like to organize. I would like to
catch a chain
ride from fort collins, colorado to pavo, georgia to
attend an annual
retreat for parents of suicides. At each stop and change
of bike I
would like to organize an event for suicide awareness.
Are there any bike clubs that would be able to split the
approx.
2,000 miles? It's a challenge, but i understand you
bikers like a
challenge. i thought about walking or riding a regular
bike.
Please don't force me to walk!
